Raddly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services, which include automated review responses and AI voice ordering for restaurants.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name and email address when you sign up or complete our onboarding form
- Business name, location, address, operating hours, and menu details
- Google Business Profile details (Yelp coming soon)
- Point-of-sale credentials (e.g., Square access token and location ID) provided voluntarily to enable POS integration

- Device information and usage analytics
- Review data fetched from connected platforms (Google; Yelp coming soon)
For restaurants using our AI Voice Ordering service (Sara), we also process:
- Incoming phone call audio, which is transcribed and processed by our AI voice infrastructure (OpenAI) to take customer orders
- Customer order data including caller name, order items, order totals, and allergy notes — stored in Google Sheets and our Supabase database
- Phone numbers provided by callers during the ordering process (used solely to complete the order)
For customers using the Raddly food ordering app (app.raddly.io), we also collect:
- Phone number or email address used to create an account (verified via one-time passcode)
- Order details including items, order type (pickup/delivery/dine-in), delivery address, and payment information
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

- Push notification subscription data (used only to notify you about your order status)
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our automated review response service
- Generate and post AI-written responses to your customer reviews
- Operate our AI voice ordering service — processing phone calls, logging orders, and sending them to your kitchen display and POS
- Display your menu (item names, descriptions, prices, and photos) on in-store digital menu board screens; the menu board does not collect or display any customer personal data
- Send you weekly reputation reports and service notifications
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate our service:
