How to request deletion of your Raddly account and associated data

Raddly (operated by Raddly Digital LLC) lets you delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request account deletion

  1. Email us at hello@raddly.io from the email address on your account, or include the phone number registered to your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
  3. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm by reply.
  4. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

What data is kept, and for how long

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we retain certain transaction records (such as order totals, dates, and payment confirmations) as required by law. These records are kept for up to 7 years and are disassociated from your personal identity where feasible, then permanently deleted. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by Raddly.

Deleting some data without closing your account

If you'd like to delete specific data (for example, saved addresses) without deleting your entire account, email hello@raddly.io describing what you'd like removed, and we'll process the request.
